Dear friends, family, and kind supporters,

I never imagined I would be writing something like this. My three young children mean the world to me — they are my joy, my purpose, and the reason I get up each day. Sadly, I am currently facing a very painful and unfair battle in family court.

This is now the third time false and untested allegations have been levelled against me. On two previous occasions, a District Judge fully dismissed the allegations and ruled that my children should have regular, unsupervised contact with me. In addition, relevant professional bodies have observed and confirmed that my children and I share a warm, affectionate, and loving bond, and that I have shown the ability to care for their physical, emotional, and developmental needs.

Most importantly, my children’s wishes and feelings have been heard, and they have been clear and consistent: they feel positively about our relationship and they want to have a relationship with me. Their voices matter, and their right to maintain this bond must be respected.

Anyone who knows me knows that I am a kind, gentle, and hardworking man who only wants the best for his children. It breaks my heart to be kept apart from them despite everything that has already been proven in court.

The next hearing will finally be my first opportunity to take the stand and provide evidence against what has been said about me. This makes the upcoming case of huge significance — not only for me, but for the children who deserve the chance to grow up with both parents in their lives.

The legal process is long, exhausting, and very costly. As a father fighting to defend both the truth and my children’s right to know and love their dad, I now urgently need help to cover essential legal costs and professional advice so that I can properly challenge these claims and secure a fair outcome.
