My children were wrongfully removed from my care. Torn out of my arms while my daughter was screaming for her mommy. Told that if my children were not given to these people, my husband and I would go to jail. They presented to me and to the cops an altered court document. The original form was for an order after removal; that was crossed out at the top, and that form was used as an EX Parte without hearing removal order. This happened on a Saturday. NO hearing was listed on this paperwork for 24 hours after the children were removed. The judge's signature was 100% forged onto this paperwork. I have compared the judge's actual signatures on my original court forms to the signature that was presented and given to me on this fake court document, and I can assure you that this was not signed by a judge. Only something to allow the police to believe that they had every right to tear my family away from me.

My husband was arrested due to saying he guessed he's gonna go to jail then because he's not giving them his fucking kids. He was then ripped off the porch while the whole time his hands were on his head, and tackled to the ground and handcuffed by three police officers. My children were taken to what we were told by these weird social workers, to a foster family in Escanaba. Not to mention, my father was present and recording this situation and willing to take my children into his care, which they denied. They then hauled my children away while my daughter was in the backseat screaming for her mother. While ONE social worker failed to reveal her name with my father's phone camera in her face asking her who she is. My children were just kidnapped. Traumatized. And I have no closure if they are okay or where they are or if I will ever even get to see them again.

I am making this account in hopes to get enough people to come together and HELP me raise enough money to get a lawyer to HELP my family!!!! I am begging at this point!!! These people need to be held accountable so that this never happens to somebody else!!!! Thank you all so much for your efforts and for caring!
