Just Ducky is a heartfelt mission that celebrates our son Nicholas' life and brings hope to children fighting cancer. Every year before May 15th, Nicholas' birthday, our family collects donations in his memory. We celebrate Nicholas' birthday by supporting children currently fighting cancer. These generous donations are used to buy gift cards for children undergoing treatment at Connecticut Children's Hospital. For 19 years, Just Ducky has proudly supported these brave kids, inspired by Nicholas, who would be 29 this year. He first inspired this tradition when he was just 9 years old, and his spirit continues to guide us.

Through every gift card, Just Ducky hopes to bring a smile to families facing difficult battles, reminding them that there are people who care deeply, wish to bring joy, and stand with them in solidarity. Each year, the hospital shares a Facebook post about our donations, and seeing the smiles on the children's faces is the greatest reward. Your support creates moments of happiness and hope for families who need it most.

Every penny donated goes directly to the gift cards—we hand deliver them to the hospital ourselves, and we don't take a penny for anything from the donations.
