Juneau - expanded EV charging site at Eaglecrest

Juneau Electric Vehicle Association and Alaska Electric Vehicle Association have teamed up to help fundraise for an expanded EV charging site at Eaglecrest. During the winter season it can be a long haul up the mountain and we want to make sure everyone continues to get home safely. The number of EVs on the mountain has outgrown the existing chargers on the caretaker's cabin and in preparation for next season it is time to make some changes! Your donation will go directly to purchasing Level 2 chargers and electrical materials for the project.

UPDATE 3/9/23 -- The project was completed with major assistance from CBJ and Eaglecrest during summer/fall 2022. The amount raised is very close to covering the EVA's purchased and donated materials. We want to reach our goal and send a big THANK YOU card to Eaglecrest with a check attached from this fundraiser. If you have been using these chargers this winter, please donate now!
