Jump for Jamie

I sadly lost my brother Jamie in 2017 so I'm skydiving both in his memory and for the mental health cause in general at Casale Monferrato in Italy on the 11th of September.

Even before I lost my brother the importance of mental wellbeing was always something I was deeply passionate about so I'm honoured to raise money and awareness for this important and often overlooked cause.

The charity I've chosen is Scottish Action for Mental Health, better known as SAMH. SAMH are opening their first walk-in mental health support hub called The Nook in late 2025 with aims to open 4 more by the end of 2028.
