Julian's Journey Back Home

In a recent heart-wrenching decision by the court, our dear friend Kathryn Allred, a devoted mother and native of Cocoa Beach, FL, faces an unimaginable challenge. Despite her courageous battle with breast cancer, a judgment has been passed that unjustly allows her son, Julian, to be relocated to a different city, tearing him away from the 50/50 shared custody that has always been in his best interest.

This decision, laden with multiple inaccuracies and discrepancies, not only undermines the well-being of Julian but also sets a concerning precedent for many other families who have faced similar injustices. Critical evidence was overlooked, and Florida laws and statutes designed to protect the child's best interests were not properly adhered to, resulting in a judgment that fails to reflect the true circumstances and needs of Julian and Kathryn.
