Julia Moving fund

Julia and her family, who live in Israel, are in a tight spot, and we are trying to help her out. She just found out that she and her family have to move because their landlords are moving back to Israel. It has been impossible to find another apartment to rent within budget with the rising prices of rentals. We are trying to help Julia raise the funds to make the move and have the security of a place to live. Julia has four little children and is expecting, and needs to move within the next month and a half.
Rentals have gone up, and there is a large gap between what they currently pay and any other comparable apartment. They live simply, in a small 3 bedroom apartment, with the kids sharing rooms. We are trying to raise funds to be able to cover moving costs and the gap in rent in a similar small 3 bedroom apt rental. This would come to approximately $6,800- $9,200.
We also have created a second goal, a thinking big, dreaming big goal of, rather than moving to another rental (which continue to go up in price, and very often landlords make aliyah, move to Israel and /sell their apts forcing renters to move - this has already happened to Julia a few times in the last few years), to helo her be able to buy an apartment of her own.
The reality of buying property in Israel is that a significant amount of capital is needed for the down payment. Israeli banks don’t want a financial collapse like in 2008. Therefore home buyers need to put down 30-40% of home costs. Julia has been saving for years, but the cash needed would take her over 60 years to accumulate. It “takes a village” – can Julia's village help her?
Julia's husband has suffered some health challenges through the past few years, being in and out of the hospital. He is Thank G-d doing better now but is still trying to get himself back on his feet and build up his business. Owning their own apartment would give them security and support of never having to move again or being at the mercy of landlords. They would need approx another $74,000 for a down payment.
We want to help them through this tight spot, so when there baby is born, they are settled in a home with peace of mind that they have a place to live. Either with help afford a new rental, along with moving costs... or with this (it would take a miracle) opportunity to actually buy an apartment. There is also an option to make a monthly contribution.
