Julia Collins Memorial Fund

On Friday, March 11th, the world lost Julia Collins, a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, teacher, colleague, and so much more. While we are all grieving this tremendous loss, we keep her husband, Chris, and their two boys, Calvin and Forest, in our hearts and our thoughts.

 

This fundraiser is for Julia’s husband and their boys, so that they are taken care of during this time. While this won’t replace what they lost, we hope it will help to provide some peace and provide them with some financial security as they move forward.

Celebration of Life: Julia’s family will be hosting a Celebration of Life on Friday, March 25th, beginning at 2pm. It will be at Mt. Tabor Park (Portland, Oregon) in the sheltered pavilion across from the Visitor Center and parking lot.

 

About the fundraisers:

Bergren Rameson is a friend and close colleague of Chris from Rejuvenation. Gena Gastaldi is a Bridger parent and friend of Julia and Chris. This fundraiser has been approved by Libby, Julia’s sister, as well as Julia’s parents.

El viernes, 11 de marzo, el mundo perdió a Maestra Julia Collins, una esposa, madre, hija, hermana, amiga, maestra, colega y mucho más. Mientras todos estamos sufriendo esta tremenda pérdida, llevamos en nuestros pensamientos y corazón a su esposo, Chris, y a sus dos hijos, Calvin y Forest.

 

Esta campaña de recaudación de fondos es para el esposo de Julia y sus hijos, para que ellos puedan preocuparse de su situación presente. Aunque esto no reemplaza lo que ellos han perdido, esperamos que esto contribuya con algo de paz y les de la seguridad financiera para seguir adelante.

 

La celebración de la Vida de Julia: La familia de Julia está organizando una Celebración de su Vida el Viernes, 25 de Marzo, empezando a las 2 pm, en el parque Mount Tabor en Portland, Oregon, en el pabellón techado que se encuentra frente al Centro de Visitas y parqueadero.

Bergren Rameson es un amigo y colega cercano de Chris de su empleador Rejuvenation. Gena Gestaldi es una madre de familia de la escuela Bridger y amiga de Julia y Chris. Esta recaudación de fondos ha sido aprobada por Libby, la hermana de Julia, así como por los padres de Julia.
