Hi friends and family of Judah Aspenberg! We (friends of Rich & Misty) decided to set up a fund to help offer our support and love to the Aspenberg family during this time. For those of you that don't know, Misty and Rich's 3 year old son Judah became ill on September 30th with high fevers and other symptoms. After some tests during their hospital stay he underwent a spinal tap and was confirmed to have viral meningitis. As the virus healed and subsided, they noticed he was still unable to move his left side and still had a lot of pain. After about 13 days in Cooper hospital, the doctors performed a second MRI of his spine to confirm the diagnosis of Acute Flaccid Myelitis (AFM).  This is a rare auto immune that develops when the body continues to attack a virus that is no longer there, which results in damage to the spinal cord. It is not contagious, and there is no medical treatment aside from intense physical and occupational therapy. Judah has had hundreds if not thousands of prayer warriors since day one and thankfully his case is considered very mild. He is currently in a children's inpatient rehab center working hard on gaining full mobility back. He is making huge progress every single day and we are continuing to pray and believe in a FULL recovery for our Judah boy! 

Rich and Misty have blessed so many lives, we want the chance to bless them now and just lighten any financial burdens they may face in the future. They have already had the chance to be a huge encouragement to other families they have met along the way and are embracing their new mission field that God has placed them in.
