Matt & Nicole King, along with their 3 children & their extra child, lost everything they owned in a tragic fire in the early morning hours of January 12, 2025. Along with their possessions in their home, Nicole’s work car and personal vehicle were both lost, and their son Zach’s vehicle was damaged. They were all able to escape the fire with only the clothes on their backs. Unfortunately, they lost 4 of their 5 fur babies.

Matt & Nicole are the type of people that will give anyone the shirts off their backs, going above and beyond what they’re asked to do! There’s hardly a night that they didn’t have an extra kid or 3 in their home, and their home was always a safe place for their children’s friends. Losing their home not only affects them but all the other children that they helped care for.
