On behalf of many Tokites, fellow friends and family, we are raising funds to help support Shyanne McCullough.

We are raising this money to allow her to retain an attorney and fight for her custody rights that are long overdue. The attorney will be able to help her, not only with the legal paper work, but will also aide her in her fight for her parental rights.

Since 2019, Shyanne has been fighting for her rights to have custody of her only son. She has been clean since 2019 and will proudly tell you the exact number days it has been. Shyanne has completed all the steps necessary, and more, to regain custody, yet since 2019 she has been faced with obstacle after obstacle to prevent the reunification with her son. These obstacles are out of Shyanne’s control and being dictated by a third party.

Recently she was granted custody by her tribe. Due to the continued battle, the case has now been turned over to the state.
