Parents For Joy is building an inclusive splash pad! Can you help?
Inclusion matters!!
Parents For Joy, along with the City of Atascadero, many service clubs, and private donors helped build the inclusive Joy Playground. It opened in 2019. We're ready to begin our phase 2: an inclusive splash pad. It will be located next to the playground and the Community Center (5599 Traffic Way Atascadero, Ca). We're hoping to raise at least $350,000 to see this project happen. Can you help?
The splash pad will be built for everyBODY, including the over 7,000 children with a physical or neurological disability in San Luis Obispo County. It will also serve adults with disabilities, such as veterans, who need an accessible place to play with their kids. It will be a place for everyone to come together and have fun!!
