Hello everyone!

It is with immense apprehension, and after a lot of reflecting, that we have made the decision to ask for support to help us grow our family via IVF treatment.

When Taylor and I first started on our journey of building a family, we did not expect miscarriage to be part of it. Three times I have felt like a failure as a home for our baby. After many tests, blood draws, procedures, and surgeries, our doctor felt the need for us to seek help from a reproductive endocrinologist.

With the advice from the specialist, we decided to do our first round of IVF. We were on such a high sending four embryos off for genetic testing, only to find out that those four embabies were all abnormal and could not be transferred. Our next step will be to do another round of IVF.

Taylor and I have been down the IVF road before and know how intense and draining this process is. Our biggest concern is the financial side of IVF. Funds will go towards the costs of IVF, embryo freezing, cost of medications, gas to and from Omaha (2-3x a week), egg retrieval and anesthesia, bloodwork, ultrasounds, genetic testing, frozen embryo transfer, and the costs of appointments.

We are hoping to bring our dreams to reality and have our rainbow baby in our arms.
