Hi, my name is Josh Fuld, I am a Life Scout with Troop 1001 in Richardson, Texas and I am fundraising for my Eagle Scout project. For my project, I am building three planter boxes for the new St. Jude's Center-Park Central, which is transitional housing for over 180 homeless and housing insecure people in the Dallas area. The center is run by Catholic Charities of Dallas.

 

These boxes will be used to plant vegetables in the courtyard of the center, which will be tended to by the residents. I need to raise funds to purchase materials such as wood, soil, and screws, as well as refreshments for volunteers and any tools that cannot be borrowed. Any amount helps and I am willing to share my full proposal with anyone who wants to look at it. Any unused funds will be donated back to the St Jude's Center for ongoing maintenance and support.
