Jose Yanez get off the streets

Hello my name is Shantelle Yanez and I am Jose Yanez’s daughter. My dad has fallen on hard times. He currently lives in downtown Phoenix, Tent City. He was once a popular BMX rider and now he has nothing. He did star in the movie RAD where he did all the stunts for the main character. He has medical conditions that flare up and keep him from working. I am hoping this will help raise money to put him in an apartment and get him off the streets.
