Jordan's CASNS Skydive

This September, our Citizens Advice Staffordshire North and Stoke-on-Trent (CASNS) team will skydive from 10,000ft to raise funds to help local people.

Every day, we support people across Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire with benefits, consumer issues, debt, hate crime support, and housing, offering free, confidential advice so they can resolve any issues and build brighter futures. Last year alone we provided advice and support to over 27,000 people, and our consumer team delivered advice to over 137,000 nationally.

I first joined CASNS in January of 2025, as a member of the consumer department. I was looking for more opportunities to support the local community, alongside other charity work, and would love the chance to give back to others!
