As you likely know, we had to call off this year's "18th Annual Bailey's Toy Drive." I was pretty bummed...and then...another opportunity to help presented itself. For the last 3 years, I have played Santa at Jonathan's Place. They are an "Emergency Foster Facility" here in D/FW. These are great kids in BAD situations. Most of them don't "fit" into an outside foster home right away. Some of them are even "in hiding." So, they live on campus at Johnathan's Place. There could be anywhere from 20-35 kids there at any given time. For the last 3 years, a corporate sponsor has paid for all of their Christmas presents. Due to 2020 craziness, the sponsor is unable to participate this year. SO....EVERYBODY LOVE EVERYBODY has decided to step in/up and take their place. I CANNOT DO IT BY MYSELF! I need your help. 100 % of all funds donated will go to Johnathan's Place! We have to spend roughly the same amount on every kid. ALSO, there could be kids pop in at the last minute that we have to provide for. We will keep a little bit of money in reserve in case a last minute recipient shows up. After Christmas, we will release any leftover funds to Johnathan's Place for their daily expenses. 
We will be receiving lists from the kids for their wants, needs, and wishes. My elves and I will do the shopping and deliver them to JP. The staff there will wrap them for the kids to open on Christmas morning. Unfortunately, due to the kids safety and privacy, we will not be able to attend the Christmas morning festivities. But, hey....it's not about us. It's about these awesome kids.
