Help needed to Restore Jamie's Home and Hope
Donation protected
Update:
Living on Long Island we have had our share of devastating hurricane damage so I can imagine what it’s been like in Florida. My cousin, Jamie tells me it is still unknown if the owners of the 40 plus unit complex will rebuild or bulldoze what remains. The fact is that the property is condemned. Please share with your friends and family. Jamie may be without a home for quite awhile and needs your help.
UPDATE
The town has now condemned the whole complex. The situation has become more than recover and make new. Jamie now has to find a new home.
Please help! Hurricane Helene left devastating damage across a swath of the southeast. My cousin's son, Jamie Sherry, has had his life upended by this terrible disaster. He lives in New Port Richey, on Florida’s West Coast. Jamie is single and lives alone. His apartment is uninhabitable and his furniture and other belongings have all been destroyed.
After years of health and financial challenges, with his parents’ help, Jamie finally had a place to call his own. He was able to furnish it with help from family and friends. He lives on social security and has no savings to take on the massive recovery needed to make it whole again.
I am Vivian McPartland and I’m asking family and friends near and far to open their hearts and support this fund for Jamie anyway you can. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.
