I am reaching out to you during one of the most difficult and critical times in our lives. My family is in urgent need of funds to continue a vital legal battle that affects us all.

My wife Wendy and I have uncovered a risk -still unknown to the public-in the supply chain of our food, medicines, and vaccines, something that could have far-reaching consequences for public health and safety.

Our efforts to bring this to light and hold those responsible accountable have come at significant personal and financial cost.

We have been retaliated, intimidated, threatened with criminal prosecution and wrongfully sued by Sensitech Inc, a Carrier Company.

When their efforts to silence us failed, Sensitech’s CEO and COO were fired and many others involved in this “dirty secret” either faced termination or were pressured to leave the company.

There are still plenty that remained and know we speak the truth.

WHY IS THIS SO IMPORTANT ?

Our food, medicines, vaccines remain at risk if we do not collectively address and eradicate these hidden risks.

The Cold Chain Industry

Food, medications, and critical vaccines must reach people worldwide when they are needed most, a temperature-controlled supply chain (cold-chain) ensuring the safe storage and transport of perishable goods and pharmaceuticals is what makes this possible. Achieving this requires holding all stakeholders accountable at every step.

One of the most critical components in the cold-chain is a temperature monitoring device, which enables immediate accept or reject decisions and give visibility into every critical step in the cold chain. A proper temperature monitor can ensure that products remain safe during transport and storage.

The Dirty Secret

We have uncovered that Sensitech is knowingly deploying high-failure rate, non compliant temperature monitors for sheer monetary gain. This company poses an unacceptable risk that undermines the entire system’s reliability. We hold the evidence of this significant disruption and seek your support to collectively enhance the integrity of the cold-chain and eradicate this unnecessary risk.

The consequences of problems can be potentially life- threatening.

For instance, in August 2017 a shipment from a single lot of Intralipid 20% IV fat emulsion, 100 mL bags (Baxter International, Inc.), was improperly exposed to subfreezing temperatures—those outside the labeled acceptable storage range—on its way to a distribution facility. The company voluntarily recalled this parenteral-nutrition product about two months later, and warned patients to dispose of their supplies. When frozen, the product’s emulsion droplets enlarge, forming aggregates that can obstruct pulmonary circulation, leading to serious health problems and possible death.

These incidents underscore the necessity of rigorous temperature monitoring and precise temperature measurements during the transport of our medicines, vaccines, and perishable foods.

Even minor deviations from required temperature ranges can result in severe health implications.

We can collectively ensure the integrity of the cold chain by discontinuing the sale and use of temperature monitors with high failure rates, as well as devices that do not comply with regulatory standards. These measures are crucial, as both non-compliant devices and unreliable monitors pose significant risks to temperature-sensitive products.

The legal fees to achieve our mission and to succeed in exposing these dangerous practices are overwhelming. We have sacrificed quite a bit — our business, our home and our overall sense of security as a family.

Nonetheless, we continue as we believe our mission is not impossible, but we cannot continue just by ourselves, we need your support.
