This August, our team, Hailey, Ayomide, Chellsey, and Noelle, will be traveling to Thailand and Cambodia as part of a University of Washington Study Abroad program with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility. During our time in Cambodia, we’re launching Freedom Girls Asia, a nonprofit initiative partnering with Free To Shine, a Cambodia-based NGO focused on preventing human trafficking by keeping girls safe and in school.

In Cambodia, countless young girls are at risk of exploitation due to poverty and limited access to education. Free To Shine works directly with at-risk families, providing girls with school supplies, bicycles for transportation, safety visits, and the support they need to stay in school and avoid trafficking networks.

All donations will go directly to Free To Shine, helping expand their reach and fund critical resources like school uniforms, educational supplies, and community outreach efforts. None of the donations will be used for our travel, salaries, or administrative expenses.
