My name is Yamen Alkhouli , and I am the parent of a brave little boy named Yamen Alkhouli, who has been fighting a serious neurological condition — excessive electrical activity in his brain, which causes frequent and painful seizures.

Every day, Yamen battles episodes that leave his small body shaking and his mind struggling to recover. He often wakes up crying from the pain and confusion, and as a parent, it breaks my heart to see my son suffer, knowing there is so little I can do to ease his pain.

Our situation is made even more heartbreaking because we live in Gaza, where the ongoing war has made access to proper medical care nearly impossible. Hospitals are overwhelmed, medications are scarce, and even reaching a safe place for treatment is a huge challenge.

Yamen urgently needs financial help for continued medical treatment, medication, and — if possible — medical evacuation to a hospital outside Gaza where he can receive specialized neurological care.
