Join Us in Testing Wayside Spring Water

Hello neighbors, I've been working with multiple folks within the city of Richmond, VA to help get testing done for the Wayside Spring. It is a historic artesian spring that local residents are currently using during the water crisis. However, even though people are using it, we don't have any tests done covering water contamination and bacteria!

Testing can exceed $1500 using local and non local testing labs. The spring also has no signs or information posted so residents are aware.

This GoFundMe is designed to 1st focus on testing and getting those results distributed. Any additional funds will be used to cover the signage at the spring and future more detailed testing.

Note: Thursday 9th PM update. Some local neighbors with water sampling and biological certificates mentioned adding a test. I will be looking for a lab to complete that test for giardia and will update on the costs associated with it.
