Unfortunately, due to his condition, he hasn't been able to work, and medical costs continue to add up. Joe is a Vietnam-era veteran and has served in the Texas Army for nearly 20 years. He is also a dedicated Freemason and grandfather of 12. He has always been the first to voluntarily extend a helping hand to his fellow brothers and sisters.
