Meet James Patrick Cleveland, my grandson. He is a sweet young boy who enjoys life to the fullest. He is smart, inquisitive, cute as a button, and super active. Unfortunately, he had a horrific accident that took half of his foot. He is currently going through the process of surgeries, which will be followed by physical therapy, counseling, and a prosthetic.
