October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

For the second year, I’m hosting a special 90-minute Orangetheory class in honor of my aunt, who I lost to Stage 4 breast cancer.

My aunt dedicated her life to helping others, spending three decades as a Habilitation Specialist for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. To honor her memory and her legacy of helping others, I’m bringing our community together once again to raise money for breast cancer research.

Saturday, October 24th @ 7:30 AM
Suggested $20 minimum donation
First day of Hell Week

Last year, we raised nearly $3,000 for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, and I’m so grateful for everyone who came together to support this cause.

This year, I have chosen the National Breast Cancer Foundation. NBCF’s mission is to help women now by providing help and inspiring hope to those affected by breast cancer through early detection, education and support services. 100% of proceeds will go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Thank you for showing up, giving back, and helping me honor my aunt’s memory. Every dollar makes a difference.
