The Northwest Piedmont Supporters of Wounded Veterans is a group that supports wounded veterans. Each year, we hold a dinner at Richard Childress Racing in Welcome, NC, to honor veterans who were wounded in action and the families of deceased wounded veterans. The dinner is free to the veteran and a guest or a family member of a deceased wounded veteran and a guest. (Additional guests can attend for a fee.) We have a ceremony to recognize each veteran, their branch of service, the number of times they were wounded, and where they were injured. We also have a special gift for each veteran.

We served about 700 people last year and would appreciate your help supporting this year's dinner.
