Hi, I’m Annie. A Single Mother to 4 Amazing Children! I’m Here Asking For Help to Secure a 
Down Payment for A New Home but Simply Can’t Afford to Do So On My Own Anymore 
With How Things Have Been Going & We Truly Need a Miracle at This Point. I’m embarrassed to even ask but I know my babies deserve the Chance to finally have a safe & clean home.
 I’ll try to Keep things Short but explain why we need help Right Now.

- My 7 year Old Son Has Been Battling a Rare Form of Lymphatic Cancer Since 2023 & Is on Daily Medications that accumulate to $6,237 every month. His Treatment Center is also 4 hours from where we presently Live and is Hospitalized for weeks at a time which results in needing to pay for extra child care for my 3 girls. Gas & Food Expenses. Etc.
He was Just in the hospital for all of April & All of August for more surgeries on his lungs with several visits in between. 

- My Oldest Daughter Has Just Been Diagnosed With A condition and is now being referred to specialists at the same treatment center 4 hours away and will require a lot of extra medical monitoring daily, equipment & medications from now on. 

- The Pipes in Our Home (My mothers home/ childhood home) that I moved back into with my children after leaving an abusive marriage 4 years ago have officially given out. The main line has disintegrated and I’ve spent 3 weeks at the laundromat & doing make shift baths or having to ask a friend if I can borrow their shower.  We were quoted $33,800 to fix it and it would also deem the home uninhabitable until it was done.   My mother still owes a good bit on the house but was able to sell it to a house flipper. For just enough for her to have some to live off of for a bit as she’s now retired. 
But that now leaves us with no home. 

- Due to my sons frequent hospitalizations and 
Our current small town location I’ve been unable to provide a steady income for a few months now even with applying for HUNDREDS. Of jobs. With all of this my credit score & income history have essentially deemed me unworthy of a new space to any renters or loans. 

- I’ve already begun applying for jobs in the location near my children’s treatment center and intend to return to nursing school in the spring with the goal of Becoming a Midwife Long term! Just need some help to get there!
