Join Us in Our Mission to Serve Guatemala

Last year, our Bible study group embarked on a life-changing mission trip to Guatemala. Our hearts were filled with excitement and a deep sense of purpose as we stepped into a community eager for God’s love and support. We spent our days serving, teaching, and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ, and we were overwhelmed by the warmth and faith of the Guatemalan people. Through prayer, acts of kindness, and sharing the Word, we witnessed the transformative power of God’s grace.

Now, we are preparing for our second trip to Guatemala, and we are reaching out to you—our friends, family, and supporters—to join us in this mission to make an even greater impact.

Our mission is simple: to love, serve, and help meet the needs of those who are struggling. We will be working with local churches and community leaders, providing assistance in building projects, distributing supplies, and, most importantly, sharing the hope that only Jesus can offer. We have seen firsthand how God is moving in Guatemala, and we believe that through our collective efforts, we can help spread His love and light even further.

In 2 Corinthians 9:6-8, the Bible tells us, “Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.”

This verse reminds us that when we give, we are sowing seeds that will grow in ways we might not even fully understand. Your generosity will help provide the resources we need to bring relief to those in need, from food and medical care to building supplies and educational materials. By sowing into this mission, you are not only helping those in Guatemala, but you are also inviting the blessings of God into your own life. You are becoming part of something bigger than ourselves, something eternal.
