Hi, I'm Torpekai "Tori" Mohmand, and I'm raising funds to support the life-changing work of Momand Foundation DBA Lifting Humanity. For the past three years, we have helped individuals and vulnerable families across California build stable, independent, and hopeful futures. Today, we need your support to continue this critical mission.

A Story of Hope

Three years ago, Razia came to Lifting Humanity with her two young children, fleeing abuse and uncertainty in search of safety and a fresh start. With limited English and no support system, she faced the daunting challenge of rebuilding her life from the ground up.

With the help of Lifting Humanity and generous donors, Razia secured permanent housing, attended ESL classes, obtained her driver's license, developed new skills, and became self-sufficient. Today, her children are thriving in school, and she is giving back to the community that helped her succeed.

Her story is proof that one act of kindness can transform the future of an entire family.

Lifting Humanity is currently facing a critical funding gap. Without immediate support, many individuals and families may lose access to programs that provide housing, employment, education, transportation, and essential life skills.

Since our inception, Lifting Humanity has served more than 1,000 families and over 5,000 individuals, helping them move toward stability and independence.

We have also supported more than 250 unaccompanied youth, including rental assistance for some of the most vulnerable young people transitioning to independence.

Today, 128 individuals are actively enrolled in our driving program, creating pathways to employment and self-reliance.
