Hello! My name is Fadi Dabs. Join me in creating a restaurant concept that is community centered and driven. With super clean, highly nutritious, and very delicious foods. Without the use of refined oils or refined sugars, enjoy farm to table foods at an affordable price. Through working with local farms and businesses, this will be a space where all can thrive and heal from medicinal foods.
My background has been closely tied to the culinary world for over 30 years. I’ve worked at many Michelin starred restaurants, and was a teacher of the culinary arts at La Roche, a Swiss company. And as mentioned below I’ve built a very successful chain of restaurants in the Middle East. I am very passionate about educating people on the power of food and training them on how to care for themselves. As well as how to create sustainable and successful businesses.
Back In 2010, I started my first restaurant with just $5,000. It was a tiny hole-in-the-wall with a very limited kitchen. I did what I could with what I had and focused on the food quality and community. Day by day the buzz was developing and within 6 days we sold out every day for 7 years. What began as a little hole in the wall turned into a movement, and over the next decade I built a recognized brand and a chain with three distinct concepts, reaching a net worth of $7 million. Every employee I had stayed by my side and eventually had shares and partnerships in many of my locations.
The day COVID hit I had just landed in Dubai, unable to return to Jordan to manage my businesses, nearly everything I had built collapsed. I fought to survive and managed to hold onto my original location—the one that started it all. Which is still open to this day. With the same team!
After that I’ve chosen to live a very simple life and prioritized my health and dedicated all my time to stretching, flow arts, mind training, and eating right. It has lead me on a spiritual journey that has awakened me to the magic of life and the gifts that are available to all of us. I have chosen to change my well being and to contain my youth, because of that I now can stand strong for my community and the world. Representing how food and movement can heal the body, heal the soul, and inspire people to do the same.
It has become my life’s journey to be better moment to moment and continually learn and grow.
I’m raising funds to create a community-forward hub that brings together movement, nourishment, and connection. If I hit my goal the space will include a movement center and a farm-to-table restaurant offering clean, locally sourced, affordable, mostly vegan food. It will feature a Mediterranean-style bakery, a market for fermented goods, medicinal desserts, a coffee and juice bar, and space for people to work, gather, and grow.
This isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a place to practice higher well-being, share nourishing food, and build community centered around giving and sharing.
My goal is to build a family/team where people thrive and bask in fairness and high vibes. I want to make healthy eating accessible, a safe place to eat, feed your families, and promote health, happiness, and love. I am leaving my comfort zone in reaching out for Community help, it is very hard for me to ask people for money. I am very independent, but I believe that this is bigger than me and needs to be done.
