Hello! We’re a dedicated group of college students at UNT working together in our BAAS 3000 course to make a real impact. For our class project, we chose to take on an issue that touches so many lives, including our own—mental health. Our mission is simple: raise awareness, inspire hope, and support those who may be struggling in silence.
Every day, countless individuals face mental health challenges that often go unseen. Many students navigate stress, anxiety, and other mental health struggles behind the scenes. Mental Health is often called an 'invisible iIlness', and can often go overlooked or undervalued as a result.
By supporting our fundraiser for Mental Health America , you’re doing more than donating. You’re helping provide access to vital resources, strengthening support systems, and fueling conversations that can truly save lives. One of the biggest barriers for Mental Health is awareness. Understanding the many ways mental health can affect people, and breaking the stigmas surrounding it, is the first step toward meaningful change.
Together, we can turn awareness into action. Together, we can remind people they are not alone.
Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference. Please help us make that difference.
