On March 3rd, 2025, our dear friend Samuel Gaskill was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident that changed his life forever. Though the circumstances of the accident were beyond his control, Samuel was life-flighted to a trauma center with critical injuries and later transferred to a specialized facility out of town due to the severity of his condition. After spending time in critical care, he was eventually moved to a rehabilitation center closer to home—but his recovery journey is far from over.

Samuel’s injuries are extensive. He lost his right arm, underwent a craniectomy, and suffered a traumatic brain injury. A portion of his skull remains removed, and he currently has no movement on the left side of his body. He now requires constant care and was recently transferred again—this time to a long-term rehab facility several hours from home.

Throughout this entire ordeal, Samuel’s devoted wife has remained by his side, supporting him every step of the way. Back home, his stepdaughter has taken on the enormous responsibility of caring for their two young daughters and keeping the household going during this incredibly difficult time.

We are raising funds to help Samuel and his family manage the growing financial challenges they now face. Donations will go toward travel expenses, rent, food, lost income, the cost of his emergency life flight, and the long-term care Samuel will need as he fights to recover and rebuild his life.
