Case Management Unit (CMU), now known as Pathways Forward, is a not-for-profit human services organization committed to supporting Dauphin County residents with mental health, intellectual disability, and early intervention case management services. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their goals, overcome challenges, and realize their dreams. Our dedicated team works daily to enhance the quality of life for those with disabilities, promoting their wellness and fostering productive, successful lives within our community.

As we approach the winter holidays, we are reminded of the persistent issue of poverty affecting many of our clients. To address this, Pathways Forward organizes an Annual Food Basket Project, raising funds to provide essential food items to families in need. Each year, we aim to distribute more food boxes than last year, positively impacting the holidays of as many people and families as possible.
