Mikel and I are going on a mission trip in August to the Dominican Republic. The organization we are volunteering for is Brown Horse Projects. Brown Horse was founded in 2000by local area friends, and we became aware of the organization a few years ago. The seed was planted by the founder, and with a lot of praying, we have decided to go.

Brown Horse Projects exists to cultivate healing, dignity, and beauty among people in need by sharing the gospel of Jesus and providing hands-on medical care.
