Ayúdame a reencontrarme con mi hija Sophia ❤️‍

Hola, mi nombre es Olga, y les hablo desde lo más profundo de mi corazón como una madre que lleva más de tres años sin ver a su hija, sin saber dónde está, ni cómo se encuentra.

Mi hija se llama Sophia, y quienes me conocen saben que siempre estuve con ella las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana. Éramos inseparables. Familiares, amigos y conocidos sabían que Sophia y yo éramos un solo corazón.

Lamentablemente, la relación con su padre no funcionó. Él no es colombiano, y firmamos un acuerdo en el que podía compartir tiempo con Sophia en Estados Unidos, pero se comprometía a traerla de regreso a Colombia.

Ese acuerdo nunca se cumplió.

En lugar de devolverla a Colombia, su padre viajó con ella fuera de Estados Unidos —donde él reside— sin mi consentimiento ni conocimiento. No supe a dónde la llevó, con quién iba ni por cuánto tiempo estaría fuera.

Por temas migratorios, se me asignó una entrevista consular que tardó más de dos años y medio en concretarse, y durante todo ese tiempo no pude viajar a Estados Unidos, ni verla, ni siquiera recibir una foto o una videollamada.

Lo único que ocasionalmente recibía era una llamada telefónica en la que mi hija no podía hablar con libertad, ya que su padre siempre estaba presente o controlando la conversación.

Cuando finalmente recuperé mi visa y logré viajar a EE.UU., intenté seguir el camino legal para poder verla, pero él se mudó a otro estado sin dejar rastro. Desde entonces, dejaron de contestar mis llamadas y mensajes.

Hasta el día de hoy, no sé dónde está mi hija, ni con quién, ni cómo está.

He hablado con abogados, he buscado con la ayuda de la policía y de múltiples agencias gubernamentales, pero debido a la magnitud y complejidad de mi caso, todo se ha convertido en una batalla legal muy larga y costosa.

Para quienes no están familiarizados, este es un caso de alineación parental, sustracción parental e incluso secuestro parental.

Hay muchos detalles delicados que no puedo compartir públicamente, pero puedo decir que ni siquiera sabía en qué colegio estudiaba mi hija, y me he encontrado con información muy preocupante, incluyendo reportes policiales relacionados con ella.

Mi única intención es encontrarla. Sophia ya cumplió 15 años, y el tiempo corre en mi contra. Una vez cumpla 18, legalmente será aún más difícil ubicarla o ejercer mis derechos como madre.

Por eso les pido ayuda a todas las personas que puedan apoyarme —de cualquier manera— a continuar con esta lucha.

Esta angustia ha sido un dolor inmenso en mi vida personal y familiar.

Por eso, aunque me cuesta mucho hacerlo, he decidido crear esta campaña de recaudación.

He agotado casi todos mis recursos intentando encontrarla por mis propios medios, pero ya no puedo hacerlo sola.

Hoy recurro a ustedes —familiares, amigos, conocidos o incluso personas solidarias que no me conocen— para pedirles que me ayuden a seguir buscando a mi hija.

Como madre, no he dejado de luchar ni un solo día. Sophia es mi vida, y solo sueño con poder abrazarla de nuevo.

El dinero recaudado será utilizado exclusivamente para:

Contratar abogados especializados en casos internacionales de custodia y sustracción parental.

Cubrir costos legales y administrativos.

Pagar servicios de localización y búsqueda profesional.

Costos de viajes y desplazamientos necesarios dentro de EE.UU.

Help Me Reunite with My Daughter Sophia❤️‍

Hello, my name is Olga, and I’m writing from the deepest part of my heart as a mother who hasn’t seen her daughter in over three years.

I don’t know where she is, how she’s doing, or who she’s with.

My daughter’s name is Sophia, and everyone who knows me knows how inseparable we were. I was with her 24/7. Friends, family, and neighbors all knew that Sophia and I were one heart and soul.

Sadly, my relationship with her father didn’t work out. He is not Colombian, and we signed an agreement that allowed him to spend time with Sophia in the United States — under the condition that he would return her to Colombia.

He never fulfilled that agreement.

Instead of bringing her back to Colombia, her father left the United States — where he lives — and took her abroad without my consent or knowledge. I had no idea where they were going, who they were with, or for how long.

Due to immigration issues, I was given a consular interview appointment that took over two and a half years to schedule. During all that time, I was unable to travel to the U.S., see my daughter, or even receive a photo or a video call.

The only contact I occasionally received was a phone call during which my daughter couldn’t speak freely, as her father was always present or controlling the conversation.

When I finally got my visa and was able to travel to the U.S., I tried to take legal steps to see her — but her father moved to another state without leaving any trace. Since then, they have stopped answering my calls and messages.

To this day, I still don’t know where my daughter is, how she is, or who she’s with.

I have spoken with lawyers, sought help from the police and several government agencies, but due to the magnitude and complexity of my case, it has turned into an extremely long and costly legal battle.

For those unfamiliar, this is a case of parental alienation, parental abduction, and even parental kidnapping.

There are many sensitive details I cannot share publicly, but I can say that I didn’t even know what school my daughter was attending, and I’ve come across deeply troubling information — including police reports involving her.

All I want is to find her. Sophia is already 15 years old, and time is running out. Once she turns 18, it will become much more difficult to locate her or to legally assert my rights as her mother.

That’s why I’m asking anyone who is willing — in any way — to help me continue this fight.

This pain has deeply affected my personal and family life.

That’s why, even though it’s hard for me to do this, I’ve decided to start this fundraising campaign.

I’ve used nearly all my resources trying to find her on my own, but I can’t continue this alone.

Today I turn to you — family, friends, acquaintances, or even compassionate strangers — to ask for your help in continuing the search for my daughter.

As a mother, I have not stopped fighting for even a single day. Sophia is my life, and all I dream of is being able to hold her in my arms again.

All funds will be used exclusively for:
