Hello, my name is Nadya Julien. I am the CEO of Tabitha Medical Care and a Family Nurse Practitioner. I am also the co-founder of DORCAS Salvation Foundation. One of our programs is called Rise Above It and it is held every summer for 4 weeks for high school students. During the program students learn how to prepare for college or the trade that they are interested in, financial literacy, health education, mental health empowerment, and more. My birthday is on April 7th and I am starting this fundraiser to raise at least $5,000. We have about 5 graduating seniors this year and we would like to provide 1-2 scholarships as well as hold a special dinner for them.
