Join Michael's Path to a New Beginning

My name is Angel, and I am writing this as a plea to help my brother Michael, who has been incarcerated for 30 years. His next parole hearing is in March 2026. He has grown up in the prison system and has fully taken responsibility as well as served his time for his mistakes. Once involved in gang activity, he has completely transformed his life. With earning two associates degrees and over 50 certificates, he is now a certified Substance Abuse Counselor and a mentor for troubled youth. His transformation and dedication to personal growth has demonstrated his readiness to reintegrate as a productive member of society.

Together we can offer him a fair chance to rebuild his life and regain his independence. My objective is to mitigate the potential challenges of culture adjustment that may arise following his release.

In addition: We are seeking to retain counsel under the new California AB600 resentencing law that recently passed. Michael fits all criteria for this Bill. The AB600 could potentially get him an earlier release date. Should we reach our goal the funds from this platform will be used to retain counsel.
