Hi, I'm Kam Singh, and I'm reaching out for your support in the fight against breast cancer.
A couple of years ago, I lost my aunt Balbir Thind to breast cancer. She was my second mother and helped raise me. During that time, I had other close friends who were also fighting similar battles. As I heard more and more stories of mothers, sisters, daughters fighting this disease I was taken back on how common it was. 1 in 8 women (about 13%) will develop invasive breast cancer in their lifetime.
- For Mother's Day this year, I am going to ride 100 miles to raise money for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF).
- Nothing fancy and not an official event. Just me on bike riding to raise awareness and donations for those who are sick and fighting.
