Our Mission
MDW Cares exists to support women through life’s biggest transitions - divorce, career changes, caregiving, postpartum shifts, empty nesting, and everything in between. We believe that no woman should have to navigate these seasons alone.
What We Do
We create safe, inclusive spaces and offer resources that help women feel seen, supported, and equipped, including:
Therapist-Authored Guides — Downloadable tools for communication, coping skills, boundaries, parenting, and more.
Supportive Events + Workshops — From intimate gatherings to panel discussions with local mental health experts.
Community Connection — Curated resources, support groups, and mutual aid opportunities that make it easier to find help close to home.
