Hey there, friends and family, we are Jeff and Kerri Chavez and we are asking for your help.

Lilah Kay Swingholm, daughter of Austin and Morgan Swingholm, decided to make her grand entrance into the world at just 28 weeks. Tiny but mighty, she’s a true little miracle! However, her early arrival means she needs to spend the next three months in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) in Denver, Colorado.

While Lilah is busy growing stronger each day, her parents will need to juggle being by her side and managing their home life back in Casper, Wyoming. Your contributions will help make a difference in lodging, travel, and everyday needs.

Lilah’s early arrival has already taught our family so much about patience, love, and the importance of Faith. We will do our best to keep you updated with all the adorable, heartwarming, and joyful moments as we navigate this adventure together.
