Dear Family, Friends, and Loving Strangers,

My name is Kyle, and I’m reaching out with a humble heart to ask for your support in a deeply personal and challenging situation. As a father, my only wish has always been to be an active, loving presence in my daughter’s life. Unfortunately, I am currently facing a long and difficult legal battle against her biological mother, who has made it increasingly impossible for me to be the father my daughter deserves.

Over the past 5 years, I’ve been fighting to establish my rights as a father and ensure my daughter has the opportunity to grow up knowing and being loved by both her mother and me in addition to a beyond loving stepmom and half siblings. However, her biological mother has consistently denied me access and has actively worked to prevent me from being involved in her life. It has been heartbreaking to watch my child be deprived of a relationship with her father, and other family including countless aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents on my side of the family. This is especially difficult when all I want is to be there for her—to support her, nurture her, and share in her joys as she grows and most of all, Love my daughter.

Unfortunately, due to this continued alienation and interference, the legal process has been long, complicated, and extremely costly. I have been working tirelessly with my attorney to fight for my rights and my daughters rights, but the financial burden of this battle has been overwhelming. The legal fees have accumulated, in an extraordinary way and I find myself in need of help to continue this fight.

Every donation, no matter how small, will help cover legal fees, court costs, and the travel resources necessary to ensure that my daughter has the opportunity to grow up knowing the love and guidance of both her parents and family in the Midwest whom love she also deserves.

I truly believe that no child should be forced to choose between parents, and I’d never ask her to. My goal is simply to be there for my daughter, to protect her, and to ensure she knows the love of both her mom and her dad. With your support, I hope to make that a reality.
