Hi, I’m KatieMarie! I’m Louisville’s own color realism tattoo artist. I am nothing but a single mom who witnesses our community could need some help. I’ve always had a soft spot for children. And food is the last thing that they should have to worry about in going to school. And if I can help that, I’m going to.

So I’ve decided to start this GoFundMe and raise money for selected daycares who have schools that go on field trips and need assistance during the summer vacation.

Tuition is raised and sometimes is doubled. And a lot of families have trouble even paying for tuition.

My daughter’s own daycare has had a couple of children who weren’t able to pay for their lunches when they go out for field trips. Every year I have stepped in and provided lunches, snacks, water bottles, sunscreen—whatever they need.

They always ask me what organization I work for.

None, it’s just me.

But it doesn’t have to be.

When I started doing this, I received so many messages and people who automatically sent me money on Cash App trying to help me give back.

So I’ve decided to extend my reach.

And so far, there are seven daycares we will be assisting!

Not only with lunches and snacks, but with clothing!

A lot of people don’t realize that daycares struggle to have pants and bottoms for when the children have accidents. And the ones they do have are usually sent home and they don’t get them back.

So with our food drive, whatever is left, we will be purchasing clothes to also donate to these daycares.
