My cousin Justin has been in the ICU for over a week, battling severe liver and kidney failure. His condition worsened, and he was life-flighted from Des Moines to Iowa City in hopes of listing for an emergency liver transplant.

Throughout this heart-wrenching journey, Justin's wife Samantha and his two daughters, Leah and Quinn, have been by his side every step of the way as well as other family members. The emotional toll is immense, and with Samantha missing work to be with Justin, the financial strain is becoming overwhelming.
