Hello!

My name is Jessica Ivester. Mother to 3 girls. And a wife.

I’m not one to ask for help, but we are in desperate need for funds for a family attorney! To truly fight for us in our situation!

Long story short. I made some bad decisions about 8 years ago, and decided to let my, now 11 year old daughter, be with my parents (mom now passed away). And step father now remarried. Because at that time, I felt that’s what was best for her. But my step father (who is of no blood/kin to her), still has her and is now keeping her from me, and has cut off all communication, visitation, etc. Because I refused to sign adoption papers for my daughter to be my step father’s and new wive’s, even though God has completely changed me and my life! And I’m more than capable and able to be with and even just spend time with my daughter! To just have a relationship with her!

Been 7 years clean, married for 5 years, happily. Even working at a drug and alcohol rehab and sharing my testimony for almost 3 years! Living a life that anyone would be proud to have!

I was served with a petition of adoption of MY daughter. And now we have to fight! We refuse to give up!

We just are in need of some help!
