First and foremost, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has stood by me in my commitment to community service over the years. For the past 16 years, I’ve dedicated myself to supporting our community in various meaningful ways—helping to pay tuition for children in need, covering medical bills, providing food for seniors, arranging medical transportation, and offering mentorship.
Since the loss of my father to COVID-19 in 2020, I have felt a deepened purpose in serving my community, particularly our seniors. This December, I am committed to continuing that mission by providing holiday food vouchers for Christmas. My goal this year is to distribute vouchers to 75 families, and I’m reaching out to you with a humble heart, asking for your help in making this happen.
I fully understand that many of us are facing financial challenges during these times, and the idea of donating may seem daunting. However, I truly believe that even the smallest contribution can make a significant impact in feeding seniors who need our support. If you are unable to donate, I would be incredibly grateful if you could share this request within your networks and help raise awareness about the importance of supporting our seniors in Eswatini (formerly known as Swaziland) in Southern Africa.
You might wonder why it matters to support those who are thousands of miles away. It’s essential to remember that we are all part of a larger community, and as Helen Keller beautifully said, "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." Thank you for your compassion and support in uplifting those who need it the most.
