Hi friends,

One of my friends who attended a district meeting in Diyatalawa, learnt from the District Medical Officer, that the Diyatalawa Base Hospital is currently facing a shortage of medicines and other basic needs.

After further checks, and requests from the DMO , planned to donate an initial set of 5 pressure meters (recommended and required due to heavy use) and 30 mattresses to support the hospital. The total cost of the project is about Rs. 332,000. (12000/- for pressure meters, Rs9075 for each silver star mettress from Arpico)

Thanks to Arpico, we received a 30% discount on the mattresses, and each pressure meter costs Rs. 12,000 after discount.
