Hi, I’m Esme!

I’m a middle school student in Houston, and I love baking. Ever since I was 7, I’ve been baking cakes, cupcakes, and cookies for family and friends. Inspired by shows like Sugar Rush, Nailed It, and Zumbo’s Just Desserts, I dreamed of becoming a real baker one day.

Recently, I was heartbroken by the devastating floods in Hill County, Texas. I couldn’t stop thinking about the fear and loss the victims must have felt, especially girls my age. It made me realize I wanted to help in any way I could.

My Goal

I’m raising $5,000 for Mercy Chefs, a faith-based, non-profit, disaster and humanitarian relief organization, who are providing restaurant-quality, hot, nutritious meals to flood victims, volunteers, and first responders.
