My younger sister Darci has very recently been diagnosed with a rare, aggressive and all together fierce breast cancer (mTNBC) that is quite challenging to treat and has already quickly spread.

Due to the location of one of the tumors, surgery cannot be the first line of defense. Thus, she must endure immediate and terribly intense chemotherapy, as time is undeniably of the essence. Surgery and radiation is anticipated to follow.

Despite of these overwhelming challenges, Darci is ready to fight this battle with everything she has.

Her treatments however come with significant and unexpected costs.
