Hi, I’m Daisy!

I’m a Year 11 student from Leicestershire, and in July 2026 I’ll be taking part in an incredible 4-week expedition to Cambodia with Camps International.

This isn’t just a trip – it’s a chance to make a real difference. During the expedition, I’ll be involved in community development projects, environmental work, and wildlife conservation efforts. I’ll also take on a challenging four-day trek, camping under the stars and experiencing life far outside my comfort zone!

I've had a rough couple of years after experiencing bullying in my last school and moved schools in September 2024, so I hope that this expedition will really help me grow in confidence and learn amazing life skills. I hope to gain skills like teamwork, resilience, leadership, and cultural understanding, and to come back with a new perspective on the world and my place in it.
