Join Chris in Assisting Disabled Veteran Families

Hi, it's me Chris Draper, owner of CWCustomExteriors.com LLC, a local roofing, siding and remodeling company. As you may have seen on the news, or my personal Facebook page, I did a promotion for a free roof giveaway, to either elderly, disabled, and/or disabled Veteran, and followed through with the first one yesterday 5/15/24 gifting a new roof replacement. Happily paying out of pocket for the homeowners, and giving back to him a Vet in need, as We as neighbors are so grateful for their service and sacrifices. In both the FB live, and WAOW news interview, I mentioned another disabled Veteran and family in house also with an autistic child- property I was working on next, in dire need of help. ANY AND ALL PROCEEDS GO DIRECTLY TOWARDS THE COST OF BUILDING MATERIALS, DELIVERY, PERMIT, AND LABOR,. IF OTHER CONTRACTORS are willing to help/donate their time, labor or expertise, the funds raised will then continue to move forward to the next in need! I am all about transparency and communication, and due to the overwhelming response, will also be hopefully working on a non-profit, and/or sponsorships. WE ARE ON TO SOME BEAUTIFUL ACTIONS BEING TAKEN! As a US ARMY Veteran and contractor, and having a pulse on the current economic state, and struggles of certain demographics on fixed incomes, along with loan limitations, this is important for US to do something about!! This home has multiple huge holes in the roof, between the rafters and needs complete tear off, redecking in multiple locations,..just to start. Who knows how bad the rafters, insulation, and mold is! Let alone the interior work, Fascia and soffit holes, squirrel and other critters! Property is located in Mosinee, WI.

"Amanda and her children, one who is autistic, lives with her disabled parents in the home pictured. Her dad is a veteran that fought for our country and they are in a horrific situation living in this home and I need your help! When it rains or snows, Amanda has to put 5 gallon buckets around the inside of the house to catch the water due to the condition of this home and it's not safe or sanitary for anyone to be living in. The condition of the house is due to the family not being able to physically or financially maintain it throughout the years. They have asked HUD and several other programs for veterans for help, but they won't due to the condition of the home and the extreme damage. Chris, a friend of mine is a contractor and aware of this fire situation and wants to help, but to do it for free is out of his budget, so I'm asking for your help with whatever you can donate, so this family, these children, these grandparents, mom and dad and veteran can sleep well at night, knowing that they are in a safe home. As a community, we can help get this changed for this wonderful family..."
